The client's request was as simple as it was complex: migrate tens of thousands of users, courses, and pathways to a new technological structure with a new design and a simpler way of using content.
Through close collaboration with the client and its users, we have completely redesigned the platform and the way courses are delivered.
This included the integration of a stand-alone control panel, enabling the client to manage the training offerings efficiently.
Through targeted interviews and surveys conducted with established users, we were able to gather valuable feedback and meaningful insights, thereby understanding user needs and guiding us in the design of new features.
